Nermeen has worked in the not-for-profit sector for over 17 years and has held many senior roles, particularly within the health and medical research industry. She currently holds the role of Chief Executive Officer at Better Foundation, supporting Blacktown and Mount Druitt Hospitals. She has a breadth of experience across a range of fundraising and leadership roles in the sector and has spent a large portion of her career building successful partnerships with corporates of all sizes and industries.
