Eric started his career with Deloitte Haskins and Sells in Australia in 1981 and has had a long and successful career in Australian leading companies including various senior executive roles in Jaguar Rover Australia, Avis Australia and being a General Manager of the Astre Automotive Group (the importers of Audi, Chrysler Jeep and Hyundai) with a turnover of $1.4 billion, Joint CEO of CAD Partners with 60 Partners in Australia and New Zealand, then founded Business Growth and Exit Specialists Pty Ltd (BGES) a boutique holistic management consultancy firm in Sydney in 2015 with seven Partners.
